Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and legally allowed to purchase and possess a handgun under federal, state and local law. By ordering, you confirm that you are not prohibited from owning firearms.
FFL Requirement
All firearms ship to a licensed FFL dealer, who completes the transfer and background check. If you fail the background check or the dealer cannot legally transfer the firearm to you, contact us to arrange a return. See our FFL transfer guide and shipping and returns policy.
Compliance With Local Law
You are responsible for knowing and following the laws in your state, county and city, including restrictions on specific models and magazine capacity. We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe cannot be legally completed.
Pricing and Availability
Prices are listed in US dollars. We work hard to keep prices and stock accurate. If an error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order and you may cancel for a full refund.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout. Orders are processed after payment clears and your FFL dealer is confirmed.
Limitation of Liability
Firearms are dangerous if misused. Always follow the manufacturer’s manual and safe handling rules. Ammunication Co is not responsible for misuse, improper modification or unlawful use of any product.

Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, orders that cannot be legally completed and orders with incorrect pricing. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate billing, contact and FFL dealer information. Providing false information, including information intended to conceal the true buyer of a firearm, is prohibited and may violate federal law. Straw purchases are illegal and will be refused.
Product Information
We describe products as accurately as possible using manufacturer information. Images are for illustration, and finishes may vary slightly. Manufacturer specifications can change without notice.
Intellectual Property
Content on this site, including text and graphics, belongs to Ammunication Co or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Brand names belong to their respective owners.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We strongly encourage every buyer to complete a firearms safety course, read the owner’s manual before use and store firearms securely, unloaded and away from children and unauthorized users. Always treat every firearm as if it is loaded, keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot and be sure of your target and what is beyond it.
