Why Choose the Kimber 2K11 Pro Coyote?
Kimber built the 2K11 around the features its customers asked for most: a steel frame, an enhanced grip module shaped for a secure hold and fast magazine changes, a tool-less guide rod and the Kimber GT trigger with a crisp 3 to 4 lb break. This model adds its own touches: 4.25″ barrel, optics ready, 19rd.
The 4.25″ barrel puts this pistol in the popular “Pro” or commander size class. It balances quick handling with a full grip, so it works for range training, competition and home defense, and many owners carry it with a quality holster.
Because the slide is optics-ready, you can mount a red dot and gain a faster, more precise sight picture. Check the slide footprint before choosing an optic.

This 2011 handgun suits shooters who want the feel of a 1911 with modern capacity: competitors moving up to a 2011 handgun, owners looking for a soft-shooting home defense pistol and collectors who appreciate fine Kimber craftsmanship. Pairing Your Pistol With the Right Gear
To get the most from a new 2011 pistol, plan your setup before it arrives. Choose a holster molded for your exact model and barrel length, pick a red dot that matches the slide footprint if you plan to run an optic, and stock up on quality 9mm practice and defensive ammunition. Extra double-stack magazines make range sessions and competition stages far smoother, and a weapon light on the accessory rail is a smart addition for home defense.
