Why Choose the Kimber 2K11 Target Coyote PVD?
Every 2K11 shares Kimber’s hand-fitted feel. The steel frame soaks up recoil, the redesigned sub-frame improves magazine fit and control, and the accessory rail is ready for a light or laser. This model adds its own touches: 5″ barrel, high polished coyote pvd, steel frame.
With a 5″ barrel, this pistol has a long sight radius and extra weight up front, which makes it an excellent choice for USPSA and steel competition, long range sessions and home defense where concealment is not a concern.
Because the slide is optics-ready, you can mount a red dot and gain a faster, more precise sight picture. Check the slide footprint before choosing an optic.
Who the Kimber 2K11 Target Coyote PVD Is For
This 2011 handgun suits shooters who want the feel of a 1911 with modern capacity: competitors moving up to a 2011 handgun, owners looking for a soft-shooting home defense pistol and collectors who appreciate fine Kimber craftsmanship. To get the most from a new 2011 pistol, plan your setup before it arrives. Choose a holster molded for your exact model and barrel length, pick a red dot that matches the slide footprint if you plan to run an optic, and stock up on quality 9mm practice and defensive ammunition. Extra double-stack magazines make range sessions and competition stages far smoother, and a weapon light on the accessory rail is a smart addition for home defense.
