My Account is where you sign in to view your order history, track shipments, update your addresses and change your account details. Creating an account at checkout makes future orders faster because your billing details are saved. If you forgot your password, use the lost password link to reset it by email. Do I need an FFL dealer?
Yes. Every handgun ships to a licensed FFL dealer near you. Enter the dealer’s name, city and state and phone number at checkout, and add their license number if you have it. We confirm the dealer before shipping. Learn more on our FFL transfers page or the ATF firearms page.
How old do I need to be?
You must be 21 or older and legally eligible to buy a handgun under federal, state and local law. You will confirm this at checkout, and your FFL dealer verifies your identity and runs a background check at pickup.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed after payment clears and your FFL dealer is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your firearm ships, and your dealer will contact you when it arrives.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Our website uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and payments are handled by our payment processor. See our privacy policy for details on how we protect your data.
What if a model is restricted in my state?
Some states and cities limit certain models or magazine capacities. Please check your local laws before ordering. If a firearm cannot be legally transferred to you, contact us and we will help you find an alternative, such as a 10 round version.
Can I return my order?
Please contact us before returning anything. Firearm returns go through a licensed dealer and must be unfired and in original condition. Read the full shipping and returns policy.
